Introduction

My name is Danielle Mott. I was named after my grandfather who I never met. His name was Daniel and my mom decided that in his memory to name me Danielle. I was born In Munich, Germany. My father was in the military until I was five years old and I lived in several different states and countries (Kansas, Texas, Germany, Austria, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island). I’m the oldest of two.

I have a Siberian husky that is nine years old. She is red and white with marble blue eyes. Her name is Skylar, but my baby cousins swear she is a fox and is not a dog. My family and I got her when she was eight months old from a pound in West Warwick, Rhode Island. She was abused by her recent family and was taking in and treated like a princess since than.

I'm currently a senior at Nichols majoring in Sport Management. I’m one of the goalies on the Women’s Lacrosse Team here which I enjoy taking part in very much. I actually started playing softball at the age of four, but my high school coach ruined the game for me and I switched over to lacrosse my junior year in high school. I have not stopped playing lacrosse since then.

I am currently working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. While I am finishing school I am a campus recruiter that provides information and insight to students that would be interested in doing their internship at Disney http://www.disneycollegeprogram.com. I enjoy my job very much, and the perks are a wonderful bonus. Definitely looking into going down to Florida full time when I graduate, but not making any rash decisions until I weigh all my options.

Eventually I will attend law school to further my education and become a sport agent for some famous athlete. I am determined to thrive in the Sport Management field despite that it is a male dominated industry.
